Come join Barbara, our experienced and professional Aquatic Leader in the pool. She will lead you in specific exercises that will develop your upper and lower body strength and improve your range of motion.

Aquatic Exercises with Saul
Come join Saul, as he will instruct you in strength and cardiovascular conditioning exercises in the water. Sport based games will be played. You will notice results as you begin to experience increased energy levels, reduce stress and aches and pains.

Line Dancing
Bring those dancing feet! We will be listening to some tunes as we dance, dance the day away! Line dancing is a fun and easy way to get fit and make new friends. No previous experience is necessary, our instructor will show you all the basic steps to get you started. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear, and don’t forget a bottle of water.

St. Patrick’s Day Dinner
One day of the year we are all Irish! If you are Irish or Irish at heart. The following will be served: Irish potato soup, Corned beef and cabbage, Parsley potatoes, fresh string beans and Christine’s Homemade Irish Soda Bread and Crème de Menthe parfait with whipped cream and Irish Potatoes.
